A plugin development toolkit for PocketMine-MP that allows you to run plugins from source folders and convert folder plugins into .phar files.

What does this plugin do?

DevTools lets you run plugins directly from a source folder without packaging them as .phar. It can also extract existing .phar plugins back into folders and create .phar files from plugin folders.
